She was my roommate, she was my friend. She was on the spectrum and shunned by her family. She had panic attacks for which she was given dangerous meds. She tried to drown out the panic. I saw her right before she died. She looked so sad. She was an amazing artist, singer and friend. I miss her very much. She was very vulnerable and not enough people (family) in her life to help. She was so much fun to hang out with. When she lived with me in 1987, we used to have so much fun with art, going out for donuts and coffee at midnight.
A very tragic life.
