  • Introduction

    Mary was 2 years old in the 1910 census so we know she was living in Franklin Fayette Pennsylvania with her father Pete Vlosik (age 32 born Austria) and his wife Ella Vlosick (age 27). It looks as though she had four siblings Anna (0), Francis (8) and Frank (4) John Vlosick age 12. There is also a record of a "Cura" born in Hungary who is categorized as a 'boarder'. On Sept 2nd 1922 there is a ship record that shows she boarded the ship "Saxonia" in Cherbourg and arrived in New York. In the 1930s Mary and the rest of the family was still living together this time in Joliet Illinois.
