    Born Martha A Baker, her parents were father Ira D. Baker and mother Ida V Tiverny. According to the 1920s census she lived at Fifth Street NE in Washington D.C. with her parents then age 45, and Elizabeth A Tiverny age 42, Fred M Dickey age 58 and Chas G Bridges age 44. According to the 1940s Census, she was married and living at 1331 Saratoga Ave in Washington D.C., had worked 17 weeks in 1939 and made an income of $350. She lived there with her husband Charles W. Shuffle also age 25. According to her obituary she died in Georgetown Delaware and had children Sue Marie Allenspach, Charles W., Daniel, B., and John E. Shuffle.
