This is my grandparents John Phillip King & Marilyn (Maxwell)King at their home in Shamrock, Texas. This was taken at my parents wedding (Ray & Melanie King Admire) on November 5, 1977. My parents were married in their home.

This my grandmother Marilyn June (Maxwell) King. She was born on June 5, 1930 in Montezuma, Kansas (Gray County) to Walter Perry Maxwell and Mabel Lela (Shepherd) Maxwell. She Married John Phillip King of Arkansas on July 24, 1948 in Clayton,New Mexico. They spent their life in Shamrock, Texas. They had five children. She died of cancer on June 29, 2004 in Amarillo, Texas.

From left to right..The boy on the left is Terry Lynn King (3rd child),Marilyn June King, John Phillip King, John Eric "Rick" King (the oldest child, twin died at birth). Front Row L to R.. Andrea Lela (King) Green (6th child & the youngest), my mother Melanie Gail (King) Admire (the fifth child oldest daughter), and Kevin Alan King (the fourth oldest child & youngest boy).
