Margaret Emily Mathie 1875 - 1943

Margaret Emily (Mathie) Membrey of Northcote, City of Darebin County, VIC Australia was born in 1875 in Stawell, Northern Grampians Shire County to James Finlayson Mathie and Isabella (Millar) Mathie. She had siblings Mary Ellen Mcnaughton, Louisa Bella (Mathie) Jones, Jemima Mathie Harper, Jessie Crowe (Mathie) Meldrum, Eliza Finlayson (Mathie) Gibson, Cecelia Harriet (Mathie) Mcintyre, Emily Mathie, and Jane Ann Mathie. She married Walter Membrey in 1898, and had children James Edward Membrey, Arthur Howard Membrey, and Myrtle Isabel Membrey. Margaret Membrey died at age 67 years old on May 5, 1943 in Northcote, City of Darebin County.
