Maire (Borzain) Terrace was born on September 19, 1919 in New Haven, New Haven County, Connecticut United States to George J. Borzain and Mary A. Borzain, and had siblings John Edward Borzain and Thomas Benjamin Borzain. She married Sabatini George Terrace in 1944, and they were married until death separated them. She had children Thomas Orie Terrace, J.P. Terrace, and Mary-Margaret Mandel. Maire Terrace died at age 97 years old on December 15, 2016 in Hamden.
