Louise Lavada (Wallace) Richardson was born on June 20, 1920 in Dry Fork, Virginia United States to Nathaniel Valentine Wallace and Julia Levada (Aaron) Wallace, and had siblings Raymond Daniel Wallace, George Lee Wallace, Naomi Eva Wallace Scearce Eanes, Fred Nathaniel Wallace, Boyd Edward Wallace, Helen Gould Wallace Jeffcoate Shumate, Douglas Dee Wallace, John Aaron Wallace, Bertha Mae (Wallace) Stowe, Julian Lee Wallace, and Catherine Wallace. She married Berkley Lee Richardson Sr. on December 22, 1944 in Danville, and they were married until Berkley's death on April 2, 2013 in Danville. She had children Berkley Lee Richardson Jr., Henry Steve Richardson, and William Stewart Richardson. Louise Richardson died at age 93 years old on August 2, 2013 in Danville, and was buried on August 5, 2013 at Highland Burial Park N Main St, in Danville.

    Louise Wallace Richardson Mrs. Louise Wallace Richardson, 93, of 1714 North Main Street, died Friday, August 2, 2013, at, Danville Regional Medical Center. Born June 20, 1920, in Dry Fork, Va., she was the daughter of the late Nathaniel Valentine Wallace and Julia Aaron Wallace. She was married to Berkley Lee Richardson, Sr., who predeceased her on April 3, 2013. She was a member of Moffett Memorial Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school for many years and loved helping in the nursery. She was the youngest of 12 children and was predeceased by her eleven siblings. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a son, Henry Steve Richardson. Mrs. Richardson is survived by two sons, Berkley "Butch" Lee Richardson Jr. and his wife, Janice, of Winston-Salem, N.C. and William "Billy" Stewart Richardson of Danville; six grandchildren and six great- grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, August 5, 2013, at Barker Funeral Home Chapel with the Pastor Steve Carlton officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Burial Park. The family will receive friends Sunday, August 4, 2013, from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home and at other times will be at the residence at 1714 North Main Street. Barker Funeral Home is respectfully serving the Richardson family.
