Lorraine Kathleen (Hostetler) Skelton was born on December 10, 1944 in Davidsville, Somerset County, Pennsylvania United States to Grace Carol Hostetler and Kenneth Harold Hostetler, and has siblings Janice Rose Madonna, Donald Wayne Hostetler, Gary Edward Hostetler, and Ricky Larry Hostetler. She married Richard Francis Skelton in 1961 in Kennett Square, Chester County, and they were married until Richard's death on January 16, 2018 at Neighborhood Hospice 400 East Marshall Street, in West Chester. Lorraine Skelton has children Donna Lorraine Watters, Glenda Lynn Masten, Eric Todd Skelton, and Michael Lee Skelton.
