    Leo Burl Kenneaster was born to George V. Kenneaster (1887 - 1947) and Sarah A. "Sadie" Bailey (1888 - 1976). Both George and Sarah were born in Missouri. A veteran of World War II, Leo served in the United States Nay as a MoMM3. During WWII, a MoMM was a Motor Machinist's Mate in the Navy. Leo Kenneaster married Virginia Louise Leach (1919 - 2004) on March 4, 1939, in Woodward, Oklahoma. They had eight children, Don, Jayne, Carolyn, Leo "Pat", Kim, Kristi, Kelly and Kerry Anne. Kenneaster, 87, of Toledo died at 8:05 a.m. Monday (Jan. 28, 2008) at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center. Arrangements are incomplete at Barkley Funeral Home in Toledo.

In 1920, in the year that Leo B Kenneaster was born, Italian born factory worker Nicola Sacco and fish peddler Bartolomeo Vanzetti were picked up by police on May 5th in connection with the April 15th murder and robbery of a guard and a paymaster at the Slater and Morrill Shoe Company in South Braintree, Mass. Although in later years they were thought to be innocent, they were anarchists and were convicted of the crime and put to death.
