Kitson Edward Aitken of Gowangardie, VIC Australia was born in 1860 in Broadford to John Millen Kitson Aitken and Sarah (Gaubert) Aitken. He had siblings William George Aitken, Elizabeth Aitken, Janet Margaret Aitken, Alfred Aitken, Naumy Ann Kitson (Aitken) Bidstrup, Sarah Ann Aitken, Georgina Gaubert (Aitken) Kane, and Mary Ann (Aitken) Wells. He married Sarah Ann (Telford) Aitken, and had children Horace "Harry" Kitson Aitken, Freda (Aitken) Sutherland, and Donald Aitken. Kitson Aitken died at age 73 years old in 1933 at Osborne Grove, in Preston, and was buried on January 24, 1933 at Cemetery Rd, in Caniambo.

Aged 72 years.
