Kingsley Shoemaker was married to Ola Sims , his childhood sweetheart , in the summer of 1956. The wedding was held at the bride's parents home. To this union was born his first child, Tamie Shoemaker on July 15 ,1959. They later divorced in 1964. He met Ms. Edwina Price while serving in the navy. They later had a daughter, LaTanya Shoemaker.
I will forever hold my father's memories in my heart. Although his life was short lived , I have nothing but fond memories of him.
I never doubted his love for me. All the way up until he could no longer get around due to his illness, I could count on him picking me up each weekend for fun. Horseback riding,go - cart racing,trips to the zoo. He will forever be missed.
