    Kenneth Ray Lowry 1937 ~ 2009 Our loving husband, father, grandfather, and great -grandfather, Kenneth R. Lowry, 72, passed away due to congestive heart failure in Boynton Beach, Florida on November 22, 2009 in the arms of loved ones. Born in Los Angeles, CA on August 14, 1937 to Kenneth Lowry and Ruth Davis Lowry. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1954 to 1960. Survived by wife Darlene, brother Donald (Sheri) Lowry, children Karen (Doug) Buchanan of Lehi, UT, Nancy Lowry of South Jordan, UT, Kenneth William (Stephani) Lowry of Willard, UT, and Kathleen (Bruce) White, Anaconda, MT, as well as nine adoring grandchildren and one great-grandson. Married Judith Wanda Silbor in Dalton, Massachusetts on August 20, 1960, solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple on May 21, 1976, later divorced. He married Darlene Tucker on September 17, 2005 in Santa Clara, UT. Preceded in death by parents and brother, Charles James Lowry. He retired in 1995 from the Billings, Montana Exxon Refinery. He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints serving in various callings. Dad enjoyed his family and friends, fishing, boating, traveling, RVing and spending time at the beach. Dad had an undying love of Montana. Dad, we want to express our love and appreciation for you. We are so blessed to have been taught and loved by you. We love you, Dad! Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 3, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Larkin Mortuary, 1950 E. 10600 S., Sandy, UT. A visitation will also be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. prior to the services. Interment will take place at Larkin Sunset Gardens. Share condolences online at: www.larkinmortuary.com/cond.php.
