    Kenneth Eugene Langlotz was born to John William Langlotz (1877-1936) and Sara E. (Hocker) Langlotz (1889-1944, and had siblings John William (1906-1980), Elwood E. (1910-1911), Marlin Howard (1911-1969), Irma Crum (1914-1998), Evelyn Marie Martinez (1915-2002), Leona Pauline (born/died in 1921), and Donald Wayne Langlotz (1932-2003). A World War 2 veteran, he enlisted in the United States infantry on February 17th 1941 in Harrisburg Pennsylvania, and was discharged on July 2nd 1946. Kenneth and Dixie Lee Warren (born 1920) married on April 24th 1943 in Harrisburg Pennsylvania and they had sons Kenneth Eugene Langlotz (1947-2019) and Thomas Warren Langlotz (1954-2005).
