    Kelvin Jay Mostsinger, 9, Menominee, died May 29, 2010, at Bay Area Medical Center as the result of a drowning accident in Marinette. He was born May 11, 2001, in Marinette and was a second grade student at Menominee Catholic Central School. Kelvin played baseball and enjoyed four wheeling. He loved to build things with his grandpa and had a special friend, the family Lab, Buddy. His ambition was to become a design engineer. He is survived by his mother, Maranda Racine and step-dad, Adam Decker, Menominee; his father, Michael Motsinger, Marinette; a sister, Natalie Motsinger at home; maternal grandparents, Jay and Kristi Racine, Menominee; maternal great-grandparents, James and Marylee Racine, Menominee, and Richard Freerking, Mauston, WI; paternal grandmother, Patricia Tessmer, Marinette, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Noreen Freerking; and paternal grandparents, George and Jean Boivin. Friends called at Hansen Onion Martell Funeral Home, Marinette, where funeral services were held June 4. Father Mike Chenier officiated. Memorial contributions are suggested for the Kelvin Motsinger Memorial Fund established at Wells Faro Bank, 962 First St., Menominee.
