Kelley Jean Miller

Kelley Jean (Harsh Ostberg) Miller was born on August 6, 1967 in Lancaster, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania United States to Betty Jane Harsh and Samuel Leroy Harsh, and has siblings Randall Samuel Harsh, Kimberly Anne Wissler, and Richard Leroy Harsh. She married Jeffrey Michael Ostberg on January 4, 1992 in Lancaster, Lancaster County and they later divorced in 2002 in Lancaster. They had a child Jeremy David Ostberg. She would also marry Mitchel Allen Miller in 2004 in Lancaster, Lancaster County. They had children Holly Lynn Miller and Stephanie Anne Miller.
