Kaleigh was born in Wayne County and raised in Detroit and Ann Arbor MI. Remaining in one place as a child, she grew a wanderlust and desire to seek out adventure and see new places. As an adult, her free spirit led to a nomadic lifestyle and she can often be found traveling the West Coast.

Kaleigh graduated high school in 1990 in MI, and studied Liberal Arts and Photography at the local college in Ann Arbor, from 1992 to 1997. She then attended university for Fashion Design and Merchandising in Ohio. Later, she will go on to attend further schooling in MI.

At just three years old, Kaleigh's strong personality was already evident when she changed her name. Apparently, family liked to alter her name of Kathy to the nickname Kitkat, or Kitty, she didn't like it, and demanded they call her by her middle name, Leigh. And from that day forward, everyone did. Years later, after suffering multiple terrifying, life-altering traumatic events, she decided to drop the name along with those horrible memories, and stuck with Kaleigh. However, not one to be consistently irritated by other's lack of intelligence, she simplified the spelling to Kalee.

Kaleigh is a talented visual artist who has painted public murals throughout Ann Arbor, Manhattan, and Ohio. She also created paintings by commission, one of which was so sought after that it was stolen from the original buyer and repeatedly stolen from each next person who had it in their possession.
Kaleigh has worn many career hats, as well as serving her community as a Corrections Officer in multiple prisons. Her eclectic education includes attendance at two colleges in Michigan, University in Ohio, graduation from three Correctional Academies, and specialized extensive training in firearms and tactical support.
