Joseph Gerard Mathews 1902 - 1971

Joseph Gerard Mathews was born on February 21, 1902 in Toronto, Toronto Division County, ON Canada to Patrick Joseph Mathews and Catherine (Keelor) Mathews, and had siblings James Mathews, Bernard Mathews, Catherine Mathews, Eva Mathews, and Frank Mathews. He married Helen (Jordan) Mathews on September 14, 1929 at Holy Family Church 1393 Cannon Street East, in Hamilton, ON, and had children Josephine (Mathews), Phyllis Marie (Mathews), Dolores (Mathews) Jimenez, John Mathews, Thomas Mathews, Frances (Mathews), Claire (Mathews), and Elaine (Mathews) Peddle. Joseph Mathews died at age 69 years old on July 7, 1971 in Saint Marys, Perth County, ON, and was buried at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery 600 Spring Gardens Rd, in Burlington, Regional Municipality of Halton County, ON.
