John P McHugh lll (my Father)

John is my my father and to me will always be one of the greatest treasure of my life. I can say that, up to the day that he left this world, he really lived life to the fullest. He was a man of knowledge and very soft spoken. He always had a smile and a positive outlook on every situation. He loved to travel and see and experience new things. He made sure that I got to experience culture and museums on our trips. Because of him, I got to see a lot and thank him for that. Some places were, The Hover Dam, Niagara Falls, Grand Canyon, Painted Desert, Petrified Forest, Salt flats, Dinosaur museum in Denver, Mount McKinley and countless others. When we went on trips he called me his little navigator. I was the one sitting beside him holding the map. In those days we didn't have GPS. I got really good at reading maps. He taught me so much and brought my life so much joy. He loved me so much and I just want him to know how much I miss and love him. He was the best father in the world. I love you daddy
