    John Henry Meseroll was born on November 23, 1891 to parents Isaac Messeroll and Mary Ann Wyckoff. He had siblings Louis Ayres Meseroll (1885-1977), Stella May Meseroll (1887-1974), and Julia Etta Meseroll (1890-1983). He grew up in North Brunswick, Middlesex, New Jersey. As an adult, he lived in East Orange, Essex, New Jersey and on October 29, 1913 he married Charlotte Studt (1892–1985) in Franklin Park, Middlesex, New Jersey, USA. They had a son together, Melvin Meseroll (1916-1962). He was a Superintendent at an ice plant in East Orange, New Jersey and later became the Vice President of "The American Ice Company". He was the head of the laundry division and had been with the company since 1921. On April 14, 1985 John Meseroll passed away in Port Washington, NY.

Isaac passed away on August 19, 1921 in Franklin Park, Middlesex, New Jersey. His parents, John's paternal grandparents, were John A Meseroll (1795-1871) of Franklin, NJ and Ann Bastedo Schenck (1803-1894) of Franklin, NJ. John's mother, Mary Ann Wyckoff, was born on April 4, 1850 in Posttown, New Jersey and grew up there. After marrying Issac in 1884 she raised her family in Jersey City, Hudson, New Jersey, USA. She passed away on March 6, 1925 in Franklin Park, Middlesex, New Jersey. Mary's parents, John's maternal grandparents were John H Wyckoff (1817-1892) of New Jersey and Mary Young Snook (1830-1915) of East Amwell, Hunterdon, New Jersey.
