I saw the picture of John and Johanna Brodecky in Ancient Faces and nearly fainted: I am the stepdaughter of their only surviving son, John Brodecky, Jr. All the other children are dead, but John Brodecky married my mother (divorced with 3 daughters) in 1970; John was a bachelor and never had other children so my sisters and I are his "children." We found this picture when he and my mother came to visit recently and I told him you could find "anything on the internet." I said "watch this," typed in his name, and the very first thing that came up was this link. I thought he was going to cry when he saw his very own parents' picture out there on the world-wide web. I downloaded it and printed it out for him; I think that may be the only picture he has of them. So, I wanted to thank you for putting it out there and to let you know that he is still alive and how much it meant to him to see it. Thank you!!!
