Jessie May (Folley) Porter of Warrnambool, VIC Australia was born in 1896 in Williamstown, City of Hobsons Bay County to William Henry Folley and Mary Murray Folley. She had siblings Violet Maude Folley, Henry Gordon Folley, and Stanley Murray Folley. She married William Melbourne George Porter in 1916, and had children Jessie Ethel May Porter, Ada Violet Rebecca Porter, William Henry Courtney Porter, and Stanley Ernest Bruce Porter. Jessie Porter died at age 71 years old on November 27, 1968 in Warrnambool.
