    Jessie was born to Henry and Flora (Smith) Bragg and married Oscar Elwood Roach in Elkhart County Indiana on January 19th 1919. They were married until Oscar died in 1926. She later re-married John Clifford Garland in Elkhart County Indiana on May 25th 1929. John was born in 1899 and died in 1969. According to Michigan's Death Index file Jessie was born on December 18th 1897, but according to the Social Security Index she was born on December 19th 1897.
