Jeffrey J Lagrange of Windsor Locks, Hartford County, CT was born on June 15, 1953 in Springfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts United States to Albert J LaGrange Jr. and Dorothy S (Whalen) LaGrange. He had siblings Karen (LaGrange) Oberst, Albert J LaGrange III, and Kathleen (LaGrange) Moore. He married Ann Marie (Bazzano) LaGrange on July 23, 1977, and they were married until Jeffrey's death on April 30, 2004. He had children Jason Jeffrey LaGrange and Brenna (LaGrange) Macy. Jeffrey Lagrange was buried at St. Joseph Cemetery in Poquonock.

    Obituary Jeffrey Joseph LaGrange LaGRANGE, Jeffrey Joseph Jeffrey Joseph LaGrange, age 50, beloved and irreplaceable husband of Ann Marie (Bazzano) LaGrange for 26 years, passed from this life on Friday (April 30, 2004) after a courageous battle with cancer. Jeff was born June 15, 1953 in Springfield, MA, the son of Albert LaGrange, Jr., and the late Dorothy (Whalen) LaGrange. Jeffrey was a Windsor High graduate and attended Manchester Community College. Jeff was also a member of St. Joseph's Church, Windsor. He was employed as a technician at Stanadyne Corporation of Windsor where he greatly enjoyed communicating with his co-workers and precious friends. Jeff was also an avid sports fan. Jeffrey was a wonderful father and husband and took great pride and joy watching his children grow in all their endeavors. His two children, Jason LaGrange of Windsor Locks and Brenna LaGrange of Windsor Locks cherish their memories of their father beyond words. He left this world with his favorite music and loving family surrounding him. Along with his best friend and wife, Ann Marie LaGrange, and his two children, Jason and Brenna both at home, Jeff leaves his father, Albert LaGrange and his fiancee, Rose Kone and family; one brother, Albert LaGrange, III and his wife, Darlene of Enfield, and their children Albert and Tyler; a sister, Kathleen Moore of Windsor and her daughter, Tawny Moore of Boca Raton, FL. In addition he leaves his sister, Karen Oberst and her husband, Lawrence and his family of Windsor and Florida. Karen was a loving participant in her brother's life and care. Jeffrey also leaves his supportive father-in-law, Louis Bazzano and was predeceased by his mother-in-law, Joan Bazzano and his brother-in-law, Louis Bazzano Jr., husband of Deborah (Namnoun) Bazzano of Newington. Also supportive in his care he leaves his sister-in-law, Loreen Bazzano Klotz and her husband, Anthony of Newington; brother-in-law, James Bazzano and his wife, Margaret of Newington and their children, Michael and Allie; sister-in-law, Elaine McDonald and her daughter Joni Sala, Jeffrey's special godchild and her brother, Cody. Special aunts and people include Mr. and Mrs. Charles Franklin of Windsor Locks; Mrs. Anthony Truglio of New Britain; Mrs. Walter Ficek of Avery Heights and Mr. and Mrs. Gerald LaGrange of Pleasant Valley. Jeffrey leaves many special friends including Bernice Pschichholitz and Randy Hallberg, Seth Brady; Debbie Graham Chapps and her husband, Kerry, Lori and Randy Rounsaville and family; and cousins Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Collin and family. We would also like to thank the people of Stanadyne Corp., Manchester Manor, Hartford Hospital 12th floor center nurses and all involved with Jeffrey's care, and the Gray Cancer Center nurses, especially Laurie and Dr. Hong for offering peace and hope. Jeffrey will be in our hearts forever. Relatives and friends will gather Wednesday at 8:45 a.m. from the Windsor Locks Funeral Home, 441 Spring St., Windsor Locks with a procession to St. Joseph's Church, Poquonock for a Mass at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Poquonock. His family will receive friends Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at the Windsor Locks Funeral Home. Memorial donations are suggested to the Helen and Harry Gray Cancer Center, 80 Seymour Street, P.O. Box 5037, Hartford, CT 06102-5037.
