She married Arthur Wills, and had children Frances (Wills) Smith, Charles Arthur Wills, Olive Wills, Myrtle Wills, and Rita Irene Wills. Janet Wills died at age 48 years old on March 14, 1909 in East Melbourne, and was buried on March 16, 1909 in Fawkner Memorial Park.
