Jane (Howe) Barri

Found in an antique store. Name on back "Jennie Howe Barri". Photographer information "Geo. H. Van Norman, Springfield, Mass." Note all the beads sewn onto her dress. I wonder if she made it herself or had a seamstress do it.

Her first husband, Benjamin Porter Howe, was the nephew of Elias Howe, Jr. who invented the sewing machine.
