James William Cowen c. 1831 - 1911

James William Cowen of Cheltenham Australia was born circa 1831 in Cork, CO Ireland. He was married to Julia Lane Murphy Cowen in 1862, and had children Annie Jane Cowen, Mary Ellen (Cowen) Hearle, William James Cowen, Emilie Julia (Cowen) Hearle, Henry Charles Edward Cowen, Victoria Cowen, Edward Tronson Elphinstone Cowen, Minnie Lane Cowen, John Frederick Cowen, Stanley Michael Cowen, and Leighton Palmerston Cowen. James Cowen died at age 79 years old on March 6, 1911 in Mentone, City of Kingston County, VIC Australia, and was buried at Cheltenham Pioneer Cemetery Charman Rd, in Cheltenham, City of Bayside County.
