James Henry Gartrell 1842 - 1928

James Henry Gartrell was born in 1842 in Penzance, Cornwall County, England United Kingdom to James Gartrell and Mary Ann (Davies) Gartrell, and had siblings Richard Gartrell, Elizabeth (Gartrell) Donald, John Gartrell, and Francis Gartrell. He married Mary Jane (Searle) Gartrell in 1865, and had children Leslie Norman Gartrell, Alfred Edward Gartrell, Roy James Gartrell, and Victor Raymond Gartrell. James Gartrell died at age 85 years old in January 1928 in Marrickville, Inner West Council County, NSW Australia, and was buried at Rookwood General Cemetery, in Rookwood, Cumberland City Council County.
