Milroy, Alexander Milroy, Jane (Milroy) Bowman, Jessie Watt Milroy, John Cornelius Milroy, and Lafayette J. Milroy. He married Mary Ann Casey, and died at age 90 years old on September 22, 1941 in Rhinebeck. James Milroy was buried in New York.

    The Harlem Valley Times Thursday, October 4, 1941, page 2 James Milroy, 90, died last week at the home of his son, William J. Milroy, in Rhinebeck. Born in Lafayetteville, Mr. Milroy had always made his home in Dutchess county. He was the son of the late Robert and Jean Corniel Milroy. (sic. - mother's maiden name should be Mary Carmichael - don't know who "Jean Corniel" may have been) ========================= Poughkeepsie New Yorker Tuesday Evening, September 23, 1941, page 4 James Milroy, 90, Dies in Rhinebeck (Special to Poughkeepsie New Yorker) RHINEBECK -- In failing (health) for some time, James Milroy, husband of the late Mary Anne Milroy, died last night at (the home) of his son, William J. Milroy (?????) Plaza. Funeral services will be (conducted) at the home at 2 o'clock (this) afternoon with Dr. Edward (????) officiating. Burial will (be at) the Rhinecliff cemetery, (under the) direction of Henry C. G???? Bearers will include: John ???tenburg, Daniel Holly, S???? B????, and Lewis Pulver. Born in Lafayetteville, Mr. (Milroy) had always made his home (in Dutchess) county and had been (a resident) here for many years. (He was) the son of the late Robert and (Mary Carmichael) Milroy. Mr. Milroy attended the Episcopal church. Surviving in addition to (his son) William, are to other sons; (John) T. Milroy, here, Alexander (Milroy), New York city; a (daughter) Mrs. Katherine Asher, here; brother Lafayette Milroy, ????
