Jacqualine Kaye (Shirley) Crouse was born on October 28, 1939 to Clifford Shirley and Myrtle Shirley, and had siblings Cliff Shirley and Curt Shirley. She married Ronald Crouse and they later divorced. She had children Greg Crouse and Ron Crouse. Jacqualine Crouse died at age 69 years old on May 10, 2009.
