Jack R Mowen was born on February 28, 1923 in Cadillac, Wexford County, Michigan United States to Clarence D. Mowen and Emma (Richards) Mowen, and had a brother Gordon Lee Mowen. He married Ella Lucille (Montgomery) Mowen on August 1, 1942 in Owosso, Shiawassee County, and had children Richard L Mowen, Jerry Eugene Mowen, and Michael Charles Mowen. Jack Mowen died at age 66 years old on June 18, 1989 in Owosso, Shiawassee County, and was buried at Pine Tree Cemetery 701 Pine St, in Corunna.
