    Jack Charles Dunmyer was born on August 27, 1924 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny, Pennsylvania, USA to parents Claude Wilford Dunmyer (1903-1956) and Margaret A Boucher Dunmyer (1908-1982). He had siblings Elizabeth, James William, and Bonnie Amelia Dunmyer. He served in the US Army from March 11, 1943 until March 23, 1944. Jack first married Ann Julia Savor (1926-2015) in Allegheny, Pennsylvania, USA on April 26, 1946 and their marriage was annulled or they divorced on April 7, 1947. Jack's uncle who raised him, said that this marriage was annulled after 6 months. No evidence. Ann was married to E. Malec 4 months after divorce date(8/16/47). He then re-married on December 23, 1949 in Pittsburgh to Harriet Leona Dewar (1929-2000) and they had multiple children together.
