Isabel Elizabeth (Edney) Neal of Caulfield, City of Glen Eira County, VIC Australia was born in 1888 in Rochford, Macedon Ranges Shire County to Alfred Edward Edney and Ethel Isabel (Gordon) Edney. She had siblings Marjorie Gordon Edney Clarke and Charley Edney. She married Henry Gover Neal in 1911, and had children Albert Edward Neal, Ethel Grace Neal, Marjorie Joan Neal, John Neal, and Frederick Roy Neal. Isabel Neal died at age 67 years old in 1955 in Caulfield, City of Glen Eira County.
