Irwin Clarence Ohmie of Phoenix, Maricopa County, AZ was born on December 30, 1919 in Herington, Dickinson Co County, KS to Bertha Marie Martha Louise (Gehrke) Ohmie and John Dietrich Ohmie. He had siblings Herman William Ohmie, Harry Edward Ohmie Sr, Robert John Ohmie, Raymond Leroy Ohmie, Floyd Eugene Ohmie, Mildred (Ohmie) Corbett, and Lillie Irene (Ohmie) Adams. He married Louise Marie (Mutschler) Crump on May 21, 1950 in Aliceville, Coffey Co County, KS, and had children Betty (Ohmie) DiSilvio, Else Louise Ohmie, Marcia (Ohmie) Ashton, Robert Ray Ohmie, Terry Dean Ohmie, Wanda (Ohmie) Decker, Kathleen (Ohmie) Hasenbank, Cheryl Ohmie, and John Ohmie. Irwin Ohmie died at age 75 years old on May 1, 1995 in Phoenix, AZ, and was buried on May 5, 1995 at Saint Johns Lutheran Cemetery in Aliceville, Coffey County, KS.
