Irene Florence McDonald (Mealy) Harbutt was born in 1897 in Fitzroy North, VIC Australia to James Darley Mealy and Winifred McDonald (Anderson) Mealy, and had siblings Albert Eric Mealy, Winifred Elizabeth (Mealy) Strange, and William Darley Mealy. She married Warwick Leigh Harbutt, and died at age 81 years old in July 1979. Irene Harbutt was buried at Ashes scattered Springvale Crematorium in Springvale, Greater Dandenong City County.
