Hugh Gaw of Great Britain Australia was born in 1866 to Robert Gaw and Agnes Johnstone Gaw. He had siblings Samuel Gaw, John Gaw, and Thomas Gaw. He married Laura Ann Quine Harrison in 1898, and had children Ada Lila Gaw and Albert Hugh Gaw. Hugh Gaw died at age 69 years old on July 21, 1936 in Foster, South Gippsland Shire County, Victoria.
