    The funeral will be held Thursday for the Rev. Henry H. Holbert, Sr., 51, of Clendenin, killed Saturday night in a two-car accident in Elyria, Ohio. Mr. Holbert and his wife went to Ohio Friday to visit their daughter, her family, and Mr. Holbert's sister. Mr. Holbert was a member and former pastor of the Mount Moriah Baptist Church and a carpenter at Union Carbide. He had been a Baptist Minister for 25 years and was a World War II veteran. Also surviving: sons, Randal K. of Pinch, Henry Jr. of Winston-Salem, NC., Gregory D. at home; brothers, Earl of Georgia, Holly, address unknown; sisters, Mrs. Madeline Eskew of Elyria and Mrs. Nona Chambers of Hialeah, Fla. The service will be conducted at Mount Moriah Church at 1 pm by the Rev. Homer Foster. Burial will be in Mount Moriah Cemetery. Friends may call at the Knight and Young Funeral Home, Clendenin, Wednesday after 5 pm. - Charleston Daily Mail June 1, 1971.
