    The following appeared in the South Florida Sun Sentinel in Fort Lauderdale Florida on Wednesday January 14th 1998: JACOBER - Henry E. "Hank", 76, of Boca Raton, FL died Monday at home. He was the husband of Doris (Stein) Jacober. Born in Scranton; PA, a son of the late Sol and Bertha (Blau) Jacober, he had lived in Florida since 1991, and had previously lived in Cranston. He was the former owner of the Shoe Box in West Warwick, retiring in 1984. He was the first President of the West Warwick Business Mens Association, Past President of Crestwood Country Club, and a member of the Jewish War Veterans, Post #23. He was a veteran of World War II. Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Mark Jacober of beverly, MA and Gary Jacober of New Market, NH; two brothers, Bruce Jacober of Boynton Beach, FL and Harold Jacober of Narragansett; and three grandchildren. The funeral will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM at the MAX SUGARMAN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 458 Hope Street, Providence.
