Two other siblings were stillborn. Henry C. Alberding first married Betty June Rupert (1923 - 2004) in 1939 and they had three sons: Richard, Robert, and Ronald. He then married Norma Wells Ruff (1915 - 2002) in 1949and they had five children: two sons and three daughters.
