He had siblings Rachel Henry, Mary Emma Henry, and Benjamin Charles Eli Henry. He married Frances Anne (Nevinson) Henry, and had children John Wesley Henry and Albert Nevinson Henry. Harry Henry died at age 82 years old on May 23, 1938 in Williamstown, City of Hobsons Bay County.
