Harriet (Parks) Cartledge was born in 1841 to William Parks. She was in a relationship with Aldred Cartledge, and had children Aldred Ernest "Albert" Cartledge, Harriet Julia Stott ( Cartledge, and Caroline Victoria Cartledge. Harriet Cartledge died at age 36 years old on March 27, 1878.

    The Age, Melbourne. 28th March 1878. CARTLEDGE.- On the 27th March, at Epperstone Cottage, Varian-street, Abbotsford, Harriet, the dearly beloved wife of Aldred Cartledge, police constable, and eldest daughter of Mr. William Parks, Scarrington, Notts, in her 37th year.
