Hamilton Mortimer 1859 - 1940

Hamilton Mortimer of Footscray Australia was born in 1859 in Carshalton, Surrey County, England United Kingdom to George Hamilton Mortimer and Mary Eliza Ring Mortimer. He had siblings Henry Mortimer and Leslie Mortimer. He married Minna Augusta (Streiff) Mortimer on May 23, 1883 at Emerald Hill in South Melbourne, Port Phillip City County, Victoria Australia, and had children George Hamilton Mortimer, Edward Lennox Mortimer, Eunice Olive Mortimer, Vernon Russell Mortimer, and Lesley Minna (Mortimer) Fraser. Hamilton Mortimer died at age 80 years old on January 7, 1940 in Parramatta, NSW Australia.
