    George Wilson Stiteler "Wilson" George Wilson Stiteler,"Wilson", of Lancaster, formerly of Delaware County, died Thursday at the Arbor View at Willow Valley. He was the husband of the late Vivie Blomquist Stiteler, who died April 30, 2004. Born in Mont Clare, PA he was the son of the late George W. and Blanche Diedrich Stiteler. Wilson was a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He worked as a Special Agent for the Internal Revenue Service from 1946-66. In 1966, Wilson then went to work as a missionary for the Wycliffe Bible Translators. Wilson's work with Wycliffe led to extensive traveling through various European and South American countries. He retired from Wycliffe in 1998 after 32 years of service. Wilson was a member of the Blue Church of Springfield, PA. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII, earning the rank of First Sergeant. He was the last of his immediate family. Private Interment will be in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Memorial Services will be held at Willow Valley at a later date. Please omit flowers. In 1915, in the year that G Wilson Stiteler was born, Audrey Munson, playing a model for a sculptor in the film "Inspiration", became the first actress to shed her clothes on screen. Fearing that banning the film would mean that censors would also have to "ban Renaissance art" the film was released, with Munson in the nude scenes and a stand-in doing the acting. (Munson had previously been "America's First Supermodel" and posed nude as the model for many famous artworks.) The film was a hit with audiences.
