Frances Louisa (Stabb) Lemin of Ballarat, City of Ballarat County, VIC Australia was born on February 8, 1856 in Prahran, City of Stonnington County to John Stabb and Mary (Bearne) Stabb. She had siblings Charles Bearne Stabb, Robert Stabb, William Stabb, Frank Richard Stabb, Mary Jane (Stabb) Aldred, Edward Stabb, and John Henry Stabb. She married William Lemin in 1878, and had children Minnie Louisa Lemin, Lillian May Lemin, Ernest William Lemin, Horace Leslie Lemin, Irene Mary Lemin, Frederick Cyril Lemin, and Doris Ruby Lemin. Frances Lemin died at age 69 years old in March 1925 in Ballarat, City of Ballarat County.
