She married Robert Thomas Mashiter, and had a child Albert Edwin Mashiter. Fanny Mashiter died at age 59 years old in 1916 in Box Hill, and was buried at Box Hill Cemetery 395 Middleborough Rd, in Box Hill, VIC.
