Eva Vic (Barned) Rowe of Dunolly Australia was born on August 18, 1888 in Dunolly, VIC to John William Barned and Elizabeth Ann (Goss) Barned. She had siblings Frederick James Barned, John Albert Barned, Daisy May (Barned) Moschetti, Queenie Violetta Barned, Ethel Irene (Barned) Tobias, Ruby Pearl Barned, Phylliss Myrtle Barned, Annie Therese Barned, William Charles Barned, Leslie Vincent Barned, and George Alexander Barned. She married Ambrose James William Rowe in 1904, and had children Queeine Victoria Rowe, Clarence James William Rowe, William Alfred Arthur Rowe, Francis John Rowe, Doris Evelyn Rowe, and Harold Desmond Rowe. Eva Rowe died at age 52 years old on May 29, 1941 in Timor, Central Goldfields Shire County.
