Elliott was my friend in Big Sur, 1970-71. He gave up his cabin so I could live in it.. he moved to the top of the ridge, so no visitors. He was a loner, but we hippie chicks loved him. He was trustworthy and safe. And he played a great guitar. But he really kept his distance, although his mom moved to Big Sur to be close to him. She was wonderful, but also distant. The Dunderdale family thought I was a stoned hippie, not too favorable. But true! But I married my (stoned) love, going on 50 years, and four daughters and six grandchildren. I loved Elliott. A true friend.
