Edwin Phillip Stent of Saint Leonards, Greater Geelong City County, VIC Australia was born in 1861 in South Melbourne, Port Phillip City County to Ellen Eliza Sarah Austin and Thomas William Stent. He had siblings Kathleen Annie Elizabeth Stent, Annie Stent Martin, Mary Christina Stent, William Patrick Stent, James Percy Stent, Lillias Stent Chilton, Thomas William Stent, Mary Ellen Jane Stent, and Harry Ernest Stent. He married Emma Susan (Sands) Stent in 1881, and had children Walter Harold Stent, Alfred Edward Theodore Stent, Bertie Theodore Stent, Leslie Stent, and Edward Charles Chester Stent. Edwin Stent died at age 89 years old on May 12, 1951 in Saint Leonards, Greater Geelong City County.
