    EDWARD MINKOW, 62, RAMPAC PRESIDENT CHESTER - Edward Minkow died yesterday at Morristown Memorial Hospital. He was 62. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he lived in Chester most of his life. Mr. Minkow was the president of Rampac Industries in Fairfield for many years. He was a past grand master of the Masonic Lodge of Union, a volunteer with Boy Schouts Troop 139 of Chester and a member of the Knights of Pythias of Chester. Survivors include his wife, Diane; two sons, Adam and Eri; two daughters, Rochelle Wilson and Andrea; and two grandchildren. Arrangements are by Louis Suburban Chapel, 10 Hudson St., Dover. - Daily Record (Morristown, New Jersey) Friday, November 19, 1999 on page 18.
