    DOROTHEA HULKE Dorothea M. "Dora" Hulke, 93, of Elgin, died Tuesday in Imperial Nursing Home, Elgin. She was born January 17, 1887, in Pierson, Iowa, the daughter of Louis and Catherine Will Todt, and had lived in Elgin since 1937. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Elgin. Surviving are eight daighters, Mrs. Ivan (Helen) Walters of Plano, Mrs. Ervin (Erna) Lindorfer, Mrs. George (Aleta) Lunz, Marcella Hulke, Mrs. Merton (Dorothy) Olson, Mrs. Loyal (Lorraine) Humbracht, Mrs. Steve (Delores) Sterba and Mrs. Frank (Ruth) Pogoda, all of Elgin; seven sons, William of Plato Township, Walter of Courtland, Minnesota, Loren of Bellevue, Standly, Weley, Delbert and Richard, all of Elgin; 38 grandchildren; 66 great-grandchildren; 66 great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchldren, and a brother Will Jean Todt of Montevideo, Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilhelm, in 1956; two sons, Irvin and Raymond; three grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday in the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Elgin, the Reverand LeRoy Koepke officiating. Burial will be in Lake Street Memorial Park Cemetery. There will be no visitation prior to the time of service. Laird Funeral Home, Elgin is in charge of arrangements. Omission of flowers is requested, with memorials to the church.
