She married Frank Cornell Wood on February 20, 1924 in Weed, Siskiyou County, California United States, and had children Doris May (Wood) Archer Hannay, Wendell Cornell Wood, and Joyce Marie (Wood) Collins. Doris Wood died at age 79 years old on June 9, 1984.
